For our graduating CTCH cohort, I co-designed the official 2025 capstone showcase booklet—an editorial piece that captures the heart and soul of a wildly diverse range of interactive, theoretical, and artistic projects.
My design intention was to allow each artist’s work to breathe while preserving visual cohesion. I selected a minimalist, humanist typeface that feels contemporary yet accessible, ensuring clarity across varied content. The color palette leans into warm off-blacks, muted creams, and restrained accents—reflecting both the intimacy of a close-knit group and the experimental energy of the projects featured.
Each spread balances structure and spontaneity, with a typographic hierarchy that guides without overwhelming. The result is a tactile companion to a digital-centric exhibition—grounded, quiet, but full of character.
Gratitude to Shelby Kerbs for co-leading layout planning and overseeing final print production. Her eye for alignment and material finishes helped bring the concept into physical form.
