T2 / Pebble Advising

The Start

In the midst of the Elon buyout of Twitter.com, a few ex-Twitter and Google employees decided to start T2. T2 was a Twitter alternative designed to be civil, fun, and enjoyable. I had originally reached out to Gabor Cselle on Twitter after he made the initial Tweet about the company. Soon I was the 5th person on the website.

There I designed some iconography for T2, and advised Gabor on ideas and the Gen Z culture around social media. With time, I invited my Gen Z friends to the site, and we saw a massive shift in the overall ‘vibe’ of the space.

I was also featured in an interview with Arielle Pardes from The Information, where I talked about my T2 and Pebble.

Sadly, T2 and Pebble have shut down their doors, but the spirit lives on a Mastodon Instance!
